Nut Free Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Deewishus Nut-Free Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1tbsp natural sweetener
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1 egg
- 80g oats
- salt for sprinkling
Method
- Preheat oven to180ºC. Line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, whisk together Nut-Free Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, flour, sweetener, molasses and the egg until a dough forms.
- Stir through oats.
- Divide mixture into balls, and press down on to baking tray.Cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove and allow to cool slightly before eating.
Nut Free Chocolate Hazelnut Mocha
Ingredients
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1 tbs Deewishus Nut Free Chocolate Spread
- ¾ cup steamed milk
- Cocoa powder, for sprinkling
Method
- Combine the espresso and Deewishus Nut Free Chocolate Spread in a cup and stir until dissolved
- Pour over the steamed milk and stir to combine.
- Sift over the cocoa. Enjoy!
