Refund Policy
Please check all goods on delivery and contact us immediately if the item/s are damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will see that every effort is made when packaging your order to reduce breakage during travel. Our products are fragile, so some breakage can
be expected but receiving them crushed is not what we want to happen.
For a refund to be issued by Deewishus Foods Pty Ltd against damaged goods, proof will be required, such as providing photos. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods and photos to us within five (5) days to be eligible for a full refund of the damaged product. Alternatively, replacement of the damaged item/s on your request.
